Secure project funding:

We are the Germany based fund facilitating company for secured project funds for various projects of Government , Private Sectors and NGO's from West Europe Banks / Liechtenstein / Swiss prime banks.

Funding / Financing is available to Government. Social or Development, and infrastructure projects such as Housing Schemes, Universities, Hospitals, Bridges, Roads, Highways or Railroads, Agriculture Developments, Harbours and Airport Developments and IT projects, as well as Private Development or Industrial schemes.

Depends upon the quantum of the project, nature of the project, business plan and security (cash backed BG/SBLC/CD/Special Security Deposit/..) and project repayment terms and conditions will be fixed rate of interest (0.5% to 2.5% per Annum), grace period (2-3 years), Loan repayment period (10-15 years).
